We are so confident that you will be comfortable on your new Prologo saddle, that we are offering a 60 Day Money Back Comfort Guarantee.
This means that if you don't find premium comfort on your Prologo saddle within 60 days of cycling, then you can return it for a full refund. Click here for the full terms and conditions.
To return the saddle, simply bring the saddle in its original packaging to your point of purchase with your original receipt, for a full refund or exchange for a different saddle. (If the value of the new saddle is more than the original then the difference must be paid, and if lower then the difference will be credited).

Prologo 60 Day Money Back Guarantee
Terms & Conditions
- Prologo saddles where the packaging does not feature the Money Back Comfort Guarantee sticker are not included in this scheme.
- Saddles sold at a Clearance will not be covered by this scheme.
- Saddles sold through Amazon, Amazon marketplace or Ebay marketplace are not covered by this scheme.
- Saddles without the original proof of purchase receipt cannot be returned under this scheme.
- Only a Prologo saddle showing normal wear consistent with the money back period of 60 days, will be considered acceptable for a refund. The saddle must not be damaged in any way. Any evidence of a fall or accident involving the saddle will render this guarantee null and void. Upon inspection, our decision is final, and no challenge can be made.
- The saddle must be returned within the 60 day window. If it runs past this period, then the return will not be accepted
